TechTalk Webinar “Smart Competence Management: Detecting Hidden Talents with a Cloud-Based Tool”

On June 2nd the Erasmus+ ProDiT partner mpool consulting GmbH has given a webinar on “Smart Competence Management: Detecting Hidden Talents with a Cloud-Based Tool”.

During the TechTalk webinar, a successful case of managing competence profiles of employees with the help of a cloud-based tool was presented, which helped to detect hidden talents within a big German company.

Speakers were: Andreas Franke, Managing Director, and Anne Henter, Junior Consultant at mpool consulting GmbH, and Nargiza Mikhridinova, coordinator of the ProDiT project, – in the role of interviewer.
