TechTalk Webinar “Digital Transformation Projects: A Guide to Organizational Readiness”

On May 17th the Erasmus+ ProDiT partner UNITY AG has given a webinar on “Digital Transformation Projects: A Guide to Organizational Readiness”.

During the TechTalk webinar, a case of successfully implemented digital transformation project was presented. A unique nature of digital transformation projects was covered during the Talk. Based on a specific project case, challenges, success enablers, resource planning and outcomes were highlighted by Daniel Neumann, Head of Organisation & Transformation at UNITY AG, who has more than 9 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects.
