On September 11, 2023, the Erasmus+ KA2: Knowledge Alliance “Projects for the Digital Transformation” (ProDiT) consortium meeting and workshop on Taxonomy of Digital Transformation Projects took place at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (FH Dortmund). The events brought together the project partners, in a hybrid format of participation, to apply the taxonomy to a case study provided by UNITY AG (an Erasmus + ProDiT partner) and later discuss the project’s status and further development of its deliverables.
As a preparation activity, all partners were offered to get familiar with the provided case and related to it TechTalk webinar, and during the workshop, the teams were built to go through the case and apply it to the provided version of Taxonomy of Digital Transformation Projects. The results of its application were presented in groups in form of a SWOT analysis. Participants of the workshop highlighted what can be improved in the case description as well as in the taxonomy itself, which will serve as an input to further improve these outcomes in next iterations.
Following the workshop, the consortium meeting focused on achieved deliverables of the Erasmus+ KA2: Knowledge Alliance ProDiT and planned further work required for successful project accomplishment.
