Pilot Teaching: Synergy with Partner Projects

From April 22-24, 2024, the Pilot Teaching week took place, hosted by the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC) and the Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry (ASOIU). The Pilot Teaching, conducted in cooperation with the Erasmus + CBHE “Cross-domain competences for healthy and safe work in the 21st century” (WORK4CE) project, provided a unique platform for sharing innovative ideas and practices, facilitating dialogue between educators and students.

During the Pilot Teaching week, the next Erasmus+ ProDiT project outcomes could be piloted and evaluated:

Designing the Digital Transformation Journey with Maturity Models (taught by Professor Dr. Dino Schoenberg, FH Dortmund): The lecture offered insights into assessing organizational digital maturity, providing frameworks to support digital transformation strategies; the content of the lecture integrated the ProDiT outcome called “Digital Transformation Maturity Model (DTMM)”.

–  Tools for Assessing the Impact of Projects on Sustainability (taught by Dr. Carolina Cruz, UPV/EHU, Bilbao): Attendees learned methodologies for evaluating the sustainability impacts of projects, crucial for aligning with global sustainable development goals; the content of the lecture integrated the ProDiT outcome called “Digital Sustainability Canvas (DSC)”.
